Offer on a house

Its been a busy month Nick and I have been house hunting and we found a house that we really like. It's an older home that could use some fixing up as far as interior design goes but it has one acre of land that I would love to have. Oh and it smells really bad of cigarette smoke in the house, it stunk, but nothing a lot of carpet washing and fabreez can't handle :-)...................

Earlier this month I went to Burley to go to my old friend Kamila's bridal shower and had a lot of fun there I'm so excited for her. It was fun to sit down and reminisce about old times.
